- We really do make each of our products individually to order here in the UK (and have done so since 1986) and each product is hand finished and gift boxed. So when we receive your order from desertcart, we start to manufacture the product(s) the next working day and it can take 3-5 days to complete. Consequently we cannot despatch on the same day the order is placed. Please also note orders placed over a weekend cannot begin to be made until the following Monday.
