Love this bread

Rich Flavor
This bread has a yeasty, rich flavor, and a chewy crust. It contains whole flax seeds rather than the more nutritious flaxseed meal. Seeds and grains give it an interesting texture. The loaves are very small, making for tiny sandwiches. Two slices give you 210 calories; 38 grams of carbs, including 6 grams of fiber; and 3 grams of protein. I would buy it again if it weren't so expensive.

Among the best gluten-free
My favorite breads have always been those with some substance and some seeds. I hate mushy bread. This is among the best I’ve found since I’ve had to give up gluten. I will buy more.

Amazing Flavor
Great taste😉! Defrost and toast for lunch sandwiches. A real nutty and crunchy taste. Wouldn’t know it was previously frozen by its taste.
