Outstanding product! It worked as advertised. These swim paddles are just the right size for me, making them easy to put on and take off. They add resistance to the work out to strengthen my arms. Very nice.

Hand straps kept coming loose on one of the paddles and the straps were somewhat tight. However, it is excellent for strengthening the upper body while swimming!

Not as big as I expected…. Was cheap so why not…. They are barely bigger than my hand so idk… They do fit really snug so they have that much going for them.Update…. They are ok….. they have lots of hole and slots that idk what would be used for, I can move decent and get some exercise with them. A smidge bigger would have been much better. Prob great for teens.

I bought these Swim Training Hand Paddles for my daughter who is on the swim team. While they served their purpose adequately, she found them to be just "okay." After trying a different style recommended by another team member, she preferred the alternative. While these paddles are functional, it might be worth exploring different options for a better fit and performance based on individual preferences.

These paddles fit my hand perfectly, not too small, not too big. Not only do these help you speed through the water, they add a fair amount of resistance and give you a great arm workout!

The way it’s designed the hard plastic digs into my hands and is quite uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Paddles nice but straps didn’t last where do I go to get new straps
