Not as big as I expected…. Was cheap so why not…. They are barely bigger than my hand so idk… They do fit really snug so they have that much going for them. Update…. They are ok….. they have lots of hole and slots that idk what would be used for, I can move decent and get some exercise with them. A smidge bigger would have been much better. Prob great for teens.

These are the best seller for reason. I’ve looking for swim paddle for long time and now I found one. Very good quality, it fill well, confortable, stay on while going laps. I had them for while and I use them every day

Using as a training tool every day, very nice! The paddles worked great for me, definitely helped me improve my stroke.. The straps are very sturdy and adjustable. Swim paddles don't too tight and had so many holes, provided sufficient surface area to generate resistance to push better with upper body. Unisex, fits all sizes. By switching hands, you can get a slightly different set of muscles to be exercised. They gave me a great workout and could be used for hours at a time.

Outstanding product! It worked as advertised. These swim paddles are just the right size for me, making them easy to put on and take off. They add resistance to the work out to strengthen my arms. Very nice.

I bought these paddles on recommendation from a friend. After trying them a few times I have concluded that they fine for some swimmers but not the answer for most. The design makes them easy on the shoulder. If this is something you are looking for a paddle, they may be for you. They are also effective for backstroke but less so for freestyle.

Excellent product if you want to add resistance to your swimming experience.
