Knee Strap: Quick option to strap the knees together, great around the knees for pull sets instead of a pull buoy or ankle strap, great for Breast Kicking (better than pull buoy as the hips are allowed to press forward) and helps ensure the Breast kick catches water quickly and finishes completely
