Impossible to open
The tin has an inner cap that was impossible to prise open. Evershield were no help when I called them - they said that the cap should come off with a screwdriver however I tried this multiple times with the thinnest possible screwdriver (and other items) and I could not get the lid off. There was simply no room to put even a thin blade under the lid in order to open it. So who knows what the product was like!!

Don’t buy
Container leaking and top stuck. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait for another one to arrive. Product that hadn’t leaked was great.

Not impressed at all
Contacted customer service for advice on how to even open nothing would go under the plug sealing it so I ended up stabbing it with a knife and then the stuff ended up all over my worktop and ruined it , after all that the stuff didn’t even do any to the wood total waste of money

like others...i couldnt get into the can, the metal seal impossible to remove
like others...i couldnt get into the can, the metal seal impossible to remove with knives, screw drivers etc..until i managed with a big screw driver to lever it from the inside and once it was slightly ajar i levered with a small screw driver.

DAMAGED GOODS
On arrival outside packaging in good order but the container inside has a scuffed label and the bottom of the can is dented with crystalised liquid which I assume comes from the hazardous liquid inside. Not at all happy with this!

I got this to repair my garden shed where 1 piece was beginning to go but this done nothing at all, perhaps should have used it earlier
