I must say, it's truly exceptional! Quality taste

This olive oil is one of the best I have ever tasted and used. It has the taste of fresh olives, very smooth, and has that strong throat burn you expect from a very high quality olive oil. My only disappointment was the packaging. The picture shows a fancy box, but it didn’t come in this box. The bottle was packed in a much larger Amazon box with air packs, not the manufacturer’s box shown on the first page of the Amazon ad. A little misleading, which kept them from getting 5 stars.

Excellent taste and consistency. Apparently has lots of polyphenols. I'm slightly suspicious because it tastes too good for a super healthy olive oil (which are usually a little bitter) but what do I know. Dark bottle is a plus too. The nozzle did get a little impaired part way through, but it was good because it slowed me down.

This oil is really good and good for your cholesterol.

Best olive oil!!! Period. I've tried it the first time couple of years ago (someone gave me a sample) and since then I haven't been able to find anything better! Let's just say, the olive oil I used before thinking it was great, had been ditched and never bought again after I used Hermus' oil. We practically go through a bottle a week! That's how good it is...I use it for all sorts of salads, appetizers, pasta, even add it to soups. One time I ran out and forgot to order...went to a premium store, where they sold me Italian olive oil, smaller bottle for $30 claiming it was the best...and where it wasn't bad at all, it had nothing on Hermus olive oil...It just didn't compare. If you appreciate excellent quality, get it, try it, and I promise you - you'll fall in love with it! Your palate will appreciate it too! )) Also try their Alvalik olive oil. As someone who loves to cook and cooks A LOT, I highly recommend either one from Hermus!
