I really do like this faucet as it is stylish and a conversation piece, but I do have a word of caution regarding the construction of this faucet. It seems it has, and the company fully discloses, limitations.That being stated, this product under review is a replacement for the original which did not work, nothing coming out into the sink. I did get a replacement quite promptly with no questions asked about my complaint. I give a plus for that level of service. About that disclosure, the packaging states as a warning so to speak, that you must flush the supply lines for several minutes before making the connections to the faucet as any residue will clog the filters and the faucet discharge channel.I've done a fair amount of plumbing so I know well about flushing lines. Those have always been new lines and residue might exist in the piping. Mine however was an existing replacement so I skipped this step. Now I'm left to wonder if I indeed have a product defect or if I had some tiny bits of residue at my connection couplings. I of course will never know. I do know however that the design of this product with its almost micro machined construction will leave little room for error. If you have a water supply with any amount of silt or other residue then please don't buy unless you also plan to filter your water supply. The faucet and its discharge stream is impressive, but lingering questions which might or not be due to product design have left me to give this product a 4 rather than a 5. Trust me, there is no room for error. Know what you have before you buy. Not saying you shouldn't as I love this faucet, I want to give this a 5 but not quite sure.

This was easy to install and looks fabulous

The media could not be loaded.  This faucet is very beautiful, and the price is very reasonable. It is extremely nice and elegant with a modern waterfall shape. I was expecting the installation process to be tedious and long, yet I unpackaged and installed this faucet in under an hour. This faucet is an upgrade from the previous faucet I had and I love how the water flows out so nicely. The quality is very nice and I highly recommend it.

This faucet added so much to the total look of bathroom. Easy to install and for the cost this was a great purchase.

Just a splash of gold but not too much.

Purchased and installed this in August for my guest bathroom and already it is clogged. I barely have guests (thanks to the pandemic) and must've used it maybe 10x max within the past 5 months. There is no way to contact the seller about this either. It's extremely upsetting and feels like I spent all this money for a piece of junk home decor.

I just purchased this item and today on Amazon.ca there is a $10 coupon offer for the same product. How can I get the $10 coupon without returning and then repurchasing. The base plate distorted when the unit was secured to the sink.

I ordered two of these faucets but they are not colored like the picture. They are more of a golden/brass color rather than brushed gold.
