Good for a lot but I used this recipe:Sour Cream Coffee Cake:Ingredients: • 1 cup sour cream • 1 cup granulated sugar • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened • 2 large eggs • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 1/4 teaspoon saltFor the Streusel Topping: • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work well) • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamonInstructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan. 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. 3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, and then add the vanilla extract and sour cream. Mix until well combined. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until the batter is smooth. 5. For the streusel topping, combine the brown sugar, chopped nuts, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. 6. Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared cake pan. Sprinkle half of the streusel topping evenly over the batter. Then, add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the streusel. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 8. Allow the coffee cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
