This book was a double edged sword because the book itself was amazing but at the same time I’m so sad this is the last of the Eden family stories.This series is one of the best series I’ve ever read. The writing in each book is top level, the stories are captivating, emotive and addictive. You fall in love with every character, feel every emotion as if you’re alongside with them. Truly get lost in this world as soon as you start reading (so be prepared to not be able to do anything else other than read when you start these books)There is just something so wholesome about the Eden family you can’t help but wish you’re apart of it.The MMC Mateo is figuring his life out as a single father, his main priority is his daughter and finding out he was a dad was shock enough, let alone a single dad with no idea what he’s doing.The FMC Vera is trying to find out what a ‘normal life’ is supposed to look like. Hiding for the last 4 years doesn’t scream normal and it’s worse when her crush doesn’t even see her, she hopes with patience one day he will but there is only so long you can hope the boy you like will notice you before you take action.Both Mateo and Vera were trying to find their way in their own lives, figure out what their futures held and what it was they actually wanted, before they realised it might be each other.This book like every one of this series was just beautiful, strong and purely love.I’m so glad I own this series and can go back and relive the Eden family time and again5⭐️3🌶️

Quite sad that this is the last book in the series; and I have enjoyed them all with the mix of romance, thrills, and crime.This story was about the youngest Eden Mateo, and his eventual love with Vera, who arrived in town at the end of the last book, the daughter of a best friend of Vance named Cormac Gallagher, who is on the run.Good story and I loved Allie; however I'm not sure if I really liked the outcome of Vera' s dad. Thought it was a bit unbelievable, and didn't sit right with me somehow; hence only four stars. Overall enjoyable though.

Vera Gallagher had been through a lot in her life and was still traumatised by the past. When she becomes part of the Eden family she finds herself surrounded by love and learns to live again. Mateo Eden is a single father who loves his daughter and family. When Vera kisses him one night it opens up his heart in a new way. Can they find the strength to wade through the traumas of their past to a future that's right for them?This was a read filled with every emotion and pulled at the heart strings. Vera is damaged but still has the capacity to open herself up to more. Mateo is her strength.Such an addictive read and worth more than 5 stars

As this is the final book of the Eden series I was hoping for a little more mystery and suspense from the story. I enjoyed that the book is told in 2 parts. Part 1 is from Vera's POV which was great but I would of enjoyed reading a bit more about her self discovery rather than her continuous, and at times immature pining over Mateo. In part 2 Mateo finally notices Vera and their love story begins but I just wanted more from the characters.

This was wonderful & the perfect way to say goodbye to a family that will stay in my heart long after I turn the last page. Mateo & Veras love story was filled with so many heart-pounding moments, sizzling chemistry, and more butterflies than I can adequately tell you in this review.I got choked up more than once, and I loved 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘.𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐋𝐄.𝐌𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓. The author gave each and every one of these beautiful characters the send-off and happily-ever-after they deserved. The easiest 5 ⭐️ I've given all year. If you haven't grabbed your copy yet, do it today. I HIGHLY recommend it. I have read and very much enjoyed this series and liked the way the first chapter gave us a run through of the family in an organic way which worked for Vera's character and backstory. This has been a long running thread in the series and I liked Vera's HEA with Mateo. It was good to have a romance which developed over time, though one look was enough for Vera. Both characters had issues to resolve and I was glad when Vera finally confided in Mateo as I hate secrecy! I was a bit annoyed that this last book was not in KU unlike the rest of the series though.
