Works well for constant solar power.
Purchased this as power source for a pool ionizer. I cant say enough on how good this works. It has usb port in it and does come with other charging/power options. Never had a problem all summer.

Product works like it supposed to. Only complaint I have is the leads aren't long enough.

No funcionan para cargar celulares
Al conectarlo a un celular en lugar de cargarce se descarga, aún con el sol directo a medio día. Puede cargar una batería de 12v pero muy lento o mantener cargada una bateria de algún vehículo sin uso. Sin duda no es de 20w como dice, a lo mucho a de dar 5w.

Useless to float charge car battery
I just tested, This panel produces 60mA under full sunshine connected to my car battery. My vehicle has a parasitic of 50mA wich is still considered acceptable but due to the low output i am unable to keep the battery charged with this toy. Note that the sun is only out a few hours a day while the 50mA drain is going on 24/7
