Ease of use and texture are wonderful
Just had to share our recent kitchen joy with Cup4Cup Multipurpose Flour – it's become our gluten-free hero! Our family loves it, especially with a little one who has dietary needs. This flour is a game-changer – certified gluten-free and works seamlessly in all our favorite recipes. Whether it's cookies, pancakes, or cupcakes, the results are pure magic. You'd never guess it's gluten-free; it's that good! The 3-pound pack is a generous size, and it lasts quite a while. Having an all-purpose flour that doesn't compromise on taste is a total win for us. It's now a pantry staple. So, if you're into gluten-free goodness or just want a reliable flour for your family, Cup4Cup is the way to go. Your taste buds will thank you!

Excellent flour for pastries, baking and general use
This flour is the best I've found for pastries and baking. While not as healthy as the ones containing a lot of brown rice flour, it is wonderful when you want to create special treats and not have the grittiness and after taste that the brown rice flour gives.

Best gluten free flour blend on the market.
This is hands down the very best gf flour. I bake alot now since finally finding out what was making me have asthma attacks and scarey allergic reactions closing my throat. I bake and share with my neighbors and family. Neighbors rave about the treats then i tell them they are gf. They still ask for more. The words gluten free will turn people away without trying them. I know the flour is more expensive than other brands but for me i threw away so many baked goods that needed a gallon of milk to wash a bad tasting cookie down with. That does not happen with this flour. No gritty rice powder stuck in your throat anymore. If you have to go gf you dont have to eat nasty store bought cookies that are hard and gritty. You deserve better. I have tried ALL the options out there. Thats a waste of money. I use this flour for all my recipies including bread, breading for homemade fried chicken, cookies brownies (use canola oil instead of butter in brownies or cakes). You wont be sorry. Yes im a real customer and not an employee of this company😅.

Hands Down, The Best Gluten Free Flour Mix - Makes Baking and Cooking "Normal" Again!
Since going gluten free over 3.5 years ago, I have struggled with finding a flour mix to bake with that didn't leave an after taste in the baked goods or had poor consistency. I read an article online that mentioned Cup4Cup and decided to try it, even though it is quite pricey. I was not disappointed. This flour mixture virtually ensures you can bake or cook gluten free and have it taste like the "real" thing. Before going gluten free, I was known as the Queen of Gravies and I remember the first time I made gravy with a gluten free flour mix and I cried as the gravy was a horrible gelatinous mass that was simply not edible. Cup4cup changed that as well - I now have re-emerged as the Queen of Gravies and Sauces and no one can tell the difference. Sauces and gravies come out smooth and have no flunky taste and they hold over well as leftovers too. With this flour mix, you can follow any recipe you see in a book or online and you do not need to add extra ingredients such as xanthan gum. You can cook, bake and follow recipes the same as anyone else and not feel like you are being left out of things being gluten free. I know the price is expensive and it has not come down in the 2.5 years since I started using it, but it really is worth it for the quality and versatility. The only downside is that the company does not recommend using it for yeast bread baking. I would agree. I have tried it with yeast bread recipes in my never ending pursuit to find a decent bread like the breads I used to enjoy, and although it doesn't ruin a recipe, it will not make your yeast breads turn out any better as if you were using wheat flour.

Cup 4 Cup is my go to flout for bread baking, making my rolls & hamburger/hotdog buns. Also, about the best for delicate pastries. King Arthur Gluten Free is great for some things, but way too heavy for breads and most pastries. If you're making brownies or cobblers and some cakes, you can use just about any type of flour. The only problem I had with this is that it Did Not Arrive!! Amazon showed a picture of the box on my porch and sure enough I got the box, but the 4 two-pound packages of Cup 4 Cup Flour were Not in it.Amazon was great and I got my flour the next day, as they expedited my shipment. I told them that all they needed to do was check the SHIPPING WEIGHT and they would see that my box would have been 8 to 10 pounds Lighter than it should have been. What is hilarious is that CHAT told me I could KEEP or THROW AWAY the product! WHAT PRODUCT?? They never sent it! After reading through the reviews, I saw that some people that ordered the 4 packages, like I did were charged for 4, but only received 1.My advice. If you're ordering this, Do Not order other items! Only order this. Somehow, they are getting messed up, when they send out these multiple item shipments. It's best to just order it by itself. I had other items delivered. If I'd only ordered the Cup 4 Cup, I might have gotten it. Thank you for reading my review.

My wife loves this for GF baking
There are lots of gluten free flours out there but none as versatile as Cup4Cup. As anyone who does much GF baking knows, GF flours have their downsides but this flour is probably the best for all around ease and good results. It is literally cup 4 cup in any gluten flour recipe.

Best GF for us!
Have tried a few GF flours, this Cup 4 Cup works the best. The Cup 4 Cup web site has a great biscuit recipe that we now use instead of buying the premix. Along with buy a case 6 bag we save even more $ by not buying any premixes.

Amazing results with all gluten free bread recipes.
The price. It is soo expensive. Costs 14.99 per bag and so a loaf of bread costs £5 for the flour. However the results are worth it as we can eat gf scones, bread loaves( make toast!) bread buns, Naans,Focaccia, biscuits, pizza base that are as good as the non gf ones I make.Life saver. Everyone can eat the “same” meals with enjoyment.
