I got this axolotl necklace for my granddaughter’s 6th birthday. She loves axolotls and I was happy to find this on Amazon. I also like the inscription “Love you more” since my granddaughter and I say that to each other all the time. The necklace length is a bit adjustable because there are a series of larger links at the end of the chain, so you can choose to hook the clasp into a link that will make it shorter. It’s a reasonable price, but overall, am a little disappointed in the quality of it. The seller’s photo shows the inscription very clearly and also the details of the axolotl are very clear. But the seller’s photo is quite a bit magnified from the actual size of the pendant. In actuality, the inscription is quite difficult to read—especially the word “more” and the details of the axolotl are not as clear as shown in the picture. This is probably worth 3.5 stars, if I was able to give half stars. I think that the quality is good enough fora smaller child like my granddaughter who is turning 6, but I would not gift this to anyone over the age of 10. It’s just not good enough quality. I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and appreciate how helpful they can be. I hope that my review and my video helped you.

I bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter for her birthday because she is in love with axolotl's. I am a little disappointed in the pink gemstones. They are very dull and not bright like the picture, also the wording is hard to read. It comes in clear plastic so make sure you have something nice to put it in.
