So far is great. I did have to get an extra phone ...
So far is great. I did have to get an extra phone line so my grandson can call me, his mom and dad. Three is the limit for incoming and outgoing calls. Love that okomw cammm leave messages and the tracker is really good to. Mine came with book of instructions and a small cable charger. It was not difficult to set up one you scan the QR code on the back of the watch and you register and make the child's profile. All the phones that are to be added and much more is on the app. Hope this helps someone 😊

Works Great for my 10 Year Old
It does it job! The time format is 24 hour and I was not able to find a way to change that. The GPS is pretty accurate, but navigating the calls is hard to figure out. The step o meter does not work well either. I used the $7.50 speedtalk mobile sim, the set up was pretty easy.

SIM card confusion
I’m so excited about this product for my 2-year old grandson who is Autistic; however, I’m having a difficult time setting it up. I’m kind of confused about the SIM card. I have had my grandson wear it just to make sure it wouldn’t bother him and it’s so soft and comfortable that he didn’t even notice it was on. I’ll write more once I get it working!

Very good gsp tracker for kids
In deep this is a good GPS and it makes the job done but the app is kinda odd, configuring the unit and sync with the app can be difficult at first but you just need register an account, later scan the watch, and done.

Two buttons on left side top and bottom of watch if pushed up in down consecutively it will give you options an code number
Did not come with instructions. Does not speak in english with no option to change it. GPS location not dependable as it does not give a pinpoint location. However phone option works well which is what's important for me. You need data card to even start set up process.

This watch is very nice,the bands are strong compare to other smart watches for kids..the only down falls is the app that you have to download to operate the watch is very difficult to create a user sign in..

Android app crashes , Watch is useless without a working App
I bought this watch and when I try to add the watch to the Android App , every time I scan the QR Code the app crashes.Without a working app this is useless.
