Good quality stainless steel grinder easy to clean and maintain, the inner design and also the good finish certainly make it last for long. This grinder is practical for occasion grinding with less storage place and easy handy use. I bought size 12, it is better and more effective in longterm, it helps to grind volumes more quicker

Bought to make chicken sausage since wife has alpha gal and can not eat beef/pork. Just used first time- very high quality and sturdy. Was surprisingly easy to crank with little effort at all. Made 3 lbs it as loan and 2 pounds jalapeño. Uses suction cup base- mine was supposed to also come with mechanical c clamp but did not. Suction cup had no issues and held strongly. Very pleased with quality (all stainless parts), ease of use, and results of grind. Bought mechanical over electric (all electrics under $250 seem to be under powered and sanitation issues like meat getting into motor area- this unit cleans easily and no sanitation worries). Highly recommend!

Great meat grinder! Works perfectly and makes everything so easy.

I bought the #8 to use for mincing beef and pork for dinner recipes--not for processing huge amounts at a time. It was well packaged and all the pieces are present. Mine included a screw to hold on the handle (like the pictures show) an extra plastic bearing, a device for pushing the meat down from the top, a little brush for cleaning, and a pipe for stuffing sausages. I washed and inspected the parts--they all seemed very good except for the threads on the front rim piece which screws on to the main body to hold everything in place Several of those threads were very sharp and ragged, tearing my dish cloth when I washed it. I tried to file them down a little, but without much success. Those edges do not come into contact with the meat, however, so I don't see it as a serious problem. I used the grinder tonight to prepare beef & pork for meatloaf. It seemed quite sturdy and absolutely up to the task. It worked exactly as it ought to work. At this point, it seems to be worth the price.

I bought this to make raw dog food. We are grinding up chicken parts including bones. The grinder is exceptionally tough and has held up to the task so far. The blades are very sharp and the body of the grinder is well designed. The whole unit is really stainless steel like the description says, every piece feels nice. The weakest link of the system is the crank arm, it is thin but the stainless steel is pretty stout. I think that it will eventually fail but that is only because i am over working it to grind up bones that probably should not be ground up. That specifically is hard on the handle and crank arm. If you need it just for meat it will last forever. if you are going to grind up bones with it you may need to replace the handle and crank with a heaver duty option.

I bought this to make food for my cats. This is my first time using a meat grinder, and it was much simpler than I thought it would be. Most of the pieces were already assembled, and I just needed to attach the handle. I did notice a tiny patch of rust when it arrived, so I cleaned that up before using. Like other reviewers have noted, the clamp really doesn’t have much room to hold on. I found a space on my countertop I could use, but the edge is curved so there was very little room for it to move without falling off. I managed, but will use a table after this for a better grip. Aside from the small clamp, I love everything about it. I ground chicken hearts and 7 pounds of chicken breasts in 10 minutes. Put a plate underneath and transferred to a bowl when full. It was easy to use, even with partially frozen chicken. I sliced each breast lengthwise and it fit fine. My only issue was that it would shift a little as I turned the handle, and I’d have to push against it so it wouldn’t fall off the counter. I expect this to be less of an issue on a table without a rounded edge. Very little was left inside when I was done, and nothing got gummed up. I washed everything and put all the pieces in the oven on low heat to dry. I don’t recommend air drying, after seeing that bit of rust. It’s not easy to dry all the inside parts by hand. The oven worked great. Now I can buy meat on sale without having to cut it up by hand. This thing is awesome!

I had the larger size of this grinder that clamped well to the counter but the meat (chuck steak) needed to go through it more than once with lots of waste without trying to dig meat outta every nook and cranny. I thought this smaller one, limiting the amount of meat I put in at one time, would work better. NOPE! The one good thing about the big was one of a few things bad about this one! My antique, cast iron, made in the USA, Universal grinder works MUCH better and that needs to be clipped to a wooden cutting board and held down with the left hand while cranking with my left. I'll not forget again what a piece of junk this grinder is!

Happy with my purchase. I even made turkey saussages. Dishwasher for cleaning. 10/10

Bon petit hachoir, très pratique pour réaliser de vrais steaks hachés,tartares , boulettes etc.pas encore essayé pour les saucisses mais ça doit le faire.pour le nettoyage tout démonté je le passe au lave vaisselle,inox donc ne craint pas la rouille petit mais

Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall etwas mehr Geld für diesen Fleischwolf auszugeben. Sehr stabile Konstruktion und der Edelstahl ist auch leicht zu reinigen. Die Messer schneiden sehr sauber und der Kraftaufwand hält sich auch in Grenzen (richtig justiert) Kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen
