I love this towel warmer and so does my dog. I heat her blanket before bed. For those who struggle with the power button, read the instructions. YOU DON’t PUSH THE BUTTON. Just rest your finger against the power button and wait a second and it will move to 15 seconds. Continue to rest your finger on the button and it will move to 30, 45 or 60 minutes. I’m sure this is meant to keep children from messing with the buttons. It works easily and well if you follow the instructions.

Although I do not think it heated my towel as well as the Zadro brand, I did get a 2nd degree burn by accidentally touching the inside of the bucket with my arm. Definitely need to be very careful when reaching in as the bucket is deep and therefore if you have shorter arms, easier risk of possibly burning yourself.

Heats up nicely BUT to get it to turn on takes a soft touch. FIX THIS
