Review: Delivers as the title promises - I feel this book perfectly gives us what the title promises in a way that's to the point and gives you detailed action points which you can inculcate in your life for strategic planning of achieving your goals. This might be a quick read but it's a book with powerful steps given to help us understand and also apply them with ease without complicating anything. Honestly, I loved the writing style that is divided into a Seven Day Plan and the 'straight to the point' lessons were definitely super helpful. I'm looking forward to applying them myself. Review: Amazing - You can be busy, or you can be productive. The choice is yours. In a world where we have access to more information than we can possibly absorb, our ability to craft a crystal-clear strategy, find the right information, and take effective action until we reach our goals, is our superpower.

A Valuable Guide to Productivity and Personal Growth, with Some Limitations on Strategic Thinking
I thoroughly enjoyed reading "Strategic Mindset: A 7-Day Plan to Identify What Matters and Create a Strategy that Works" by Thibaut Meurisse. This book provided valuable insights and practical tips to enhance my productivity and develop a strategic approach to daily life. The author's explanations are clear and concise, supplemented with relatable examples and actionable exercises that enable readers to apply the concepts effectively. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on critical aspects such as prioritizing the right tasks, minimizing options, learning from mistakes, asking insightful questions, and effectively managing energy. The book's brevity and accessibility make it an ideal choice for busy individuals. However, the book could have delved deeper into strategic thinking, particularly business and competitive scenarios. Given that the title suggests that it teaches readers how to identify what truly matters and craft successful strategies, I expected more comprehensive insights. While the book does touch on personal productivity and skill acquisition, it falls short in providing extensive guidance on anticipating and influencing the moves of others—an essential aspect of achieving strategic success. In summary, "Strategic Mindset" is a valuable resource for individuals seeking to enhance their productivity and acquire new skills. However, those looking for an exhaustive guide to strategic thinking may find it lacking in certain areas. Anyone who needs a boost of motivation and a clear path to accomplish their goals should read this book. You should know that this book may not be appropriate for younger readers who may find the complex concepts and technical terms it presents too tricky. It is primarily tailored for adults seeking personal and professional improvement.

A Practical Handbook in real sense
Thibaut has done a tremendous thing by writing this book and enabling people to benefit from it. To the point practical and methodical in its approach, with very clear steps and guidelines. His own experience and research are very much forthcoming in his writings and the method he adopts is to show "how it can be done" rather than prescribing "what should be done". He stresses on the framework within which an ideal transformation journey can be shaped, the exact design will of course depend on individuals and their capacity to see through the steps in that framework. I am greatly benefiting from this book and am sure others will too.

It speaks about strategic planning in a simple way.
I liked how the writer presented the method of strategic planning in a simple yet effective manner. I disliked the fact that one needs to learn less & work more, but I think one needs to attain all the necessary information ( quantity doesn't matter) required to achieve their goal. Without having proper knowledge about the steps to reach a goal it's hard to just put your complete energy into achieving, what if we fail due to insufficient info, so I think it's better to gain complete knowledge before giving your best into achieving it. I would recommend this book to the people who just work hard without any proper planning or clarity, maybe they are lazy enough to think straight or are working hard to meet the expectations of others. Reading this book was like clearing my assumptions about how one should work smartly in a strategic way. Thankyou!!

A clear pathway
Being distracted is easy. It happened to me also. But the author has pinpointed the essential points where we get distracted and how to come out of it and refocus in an effective manner. Strategy is a simple word, but simple things are the hardest to learn. Highly recommended

I like this Thibaut's book series since the books are short, a lot of info packed and has action plan to be more interactable and action inducing than just reading.

Book isn’t complete !
Careful, the book isn’t complete! In the last chapter, it starts talking about dopamine detox, but instead of the actual content, there’s just a link to another book you have to buy.
