Momentum Masters - A Roundtable Interview with Super Traders - Minervini, Ryan, Zanger & Ritchie II

Really enjoyed this book - I felt like I was in the same room as these people and really engaged. Nothing more to say as I think the other positive reviews have it covered.

I initially thought the price of the book was high but then with the wisdom inside i realised it will save me the cost of the book. What is great, it has confirmed my thoughts over the years (from studying my mistakes) and to read them from the best is a game changer...

This book is one of the best I have read when it comes to answering questions about trading that are just not covered elsewhere. Although it is set up in the form of questions with each of the authors giving their own perspective for the same question, don't let that put you off. In fact this very feature made the book very different to other trading and interview with traders books out there. It also made this book a very effective learning tool. Time spent on this book will be rewarded many times over.

Do not read this unless you have read carefully Mr Minervini’s main works. I recommend that you do so as the man is a genius investor, his methods are workable (if you put in A LOT of time in study), and he writes clearly with good examples. The Minervini method involves fundamental analysis to choose what to buy, and technical analysis for when to buy (and sell); relying on ‘momentum’. However, even if you are a ‘Value’, ‘Growth’ or ‘Quality’ investor, his explanation of risk and money management is worth the cost of the two books twice over. So what about ‘Momentum Masters’? It is a series of questions to 4 people with their respective 4 answers. It is useful revision testing for your understanding of the Minervini method. However, it will not make great sense, or be of much use, if you have not studied the basic texts.

This book is different to many books, the discussions share so many golden nuggets to help any trader with their mindset, strategies and rules. I was referred to this book because I have Mark Minervini's other 2 excellent trading books and knowing other successful traders were being featured it is a book not to be missed!

This book is just the best one!!!! In stock trading, the more experience you have, the more new questions you constantly get and this amazing book has almost all answers!!!! All these Momentum Masters did a great job to help us understand better how they achieved their super performance. I recommend it for everyone who is serious about stock trading. This book is great additional to classic William O'Neil book "How to make money in stocks".

Invaluable advise from master traders. Been a fan of Minervini for some time and this book is another excellent read from him.

Sehr wertvoller Content und tiefe Einblicke in das Denken und Handeln von ein paar legendären Momentum-Tradern aus den USA. Der Inhalt ist eher Technik- & Strategie-lästig. Es geht weniger um Tradingpsychologie, sondern mehr um die konkreten Techniken die diese Trader anwenden und auf was sie achten bei Momentum-Stocks. Ein Must-Read für jeden ernsthaften Swing- & Positionstrader. Aus Value-Sicht ist dieses Buch massiv unterbewertet. Für knapp 25€ bekommt man hier sehr viel Tiefgang geboten.

These 4 traders give excellent and informative answers to many of the common questions we have as traders. One thing that jumps out is how definitive and clear their answers are. It makes it apparent that their success is well deserved. They have carefully considered just about every aspect of trading. Great book to add to your collection.

This is a great book. One of the best I have read. It covers all the aspects of trading chapterwise. And the format (roundtable - where each trader shares his view on a given trading conundrum) makes it an extremely engaging read. I dont think there is any aspect of trading that these market wizards fail to answer

Will change your thought process and in your trading account

I've read many books on this subject, and found this to be an excellent look at how successful men trade. Their approch is almost identical. This is interesting to learn, as they drive home the same points over and over, from different perspectives. They go over their entire method of trading and stock selection, how they enter and exit, each individual in style and yet the same in practice. I learned new interesting things about strategy and psychology and found it uniquely educational. You'll realize how important the fundamental methods are when you see that each trader independently formed the same approch after many years of trail and error.
