I use this all the time. I travel back and forth a lot so it makes it hard to work out constantly. This makes it easy and came with a storage bag. Was cheaper than anywhere else and does a great job. I would recommend getting the 200 pounds regardless if your not a professional. U can put it as low as 66 pounds. Wish it would go higher than 200. Guess I’m a professional once I’m there😂

I was surprised by the variety of exercises I was able to achieve with this equipment. The banded belt is a bit uncomfortable when trying to implement chest related exercises. It is expensive. For me it was worth the money since I use it a lot. However if it was 30-40$ cheaper it would’ve been a really solid buy considering that you can easily forget about it and just leave it behind. The setting up takes a bit of time to get used to. So that might influence users to stop using it

Only had it for 3 months, don't use it every day and just had a band snap on me in the middle of a workout. Very scary and I dodged an accident for sure! I can't return it so it's going in the trash! You've been warned.

Im amending my review because tge company reacted really quickly and sent me a replacement the next day.It's compact which is great for storage and you can perform a range of exercises. But after just 2 and a half weeks one of the tension ropes exploded while performing a regular exercise. It pinged and hit me in the head. Was loud as a fire cracker. Really gutted, as now I can't use the maximum tension for exercises where it's necessary like bench press etc... After writing a seller review , I was contacted.I received a replacement really quickly. It was just unfortunate that one of the ropes was faulty.Good customer service.
