Tomahawk African Wooden Warrior Spear

Very nice-looking piece. Seems to be well-made. Looks great hanging on the wall with all of our other blades and shields. BUT...there's a catch. Within two weeks, it already had some surface rust that I had to take care of. When you get it, you need to immediately coat it with gun oil, coating grease, or something of that nature, because it will start to rust very quickly.

This spear comes in two pieces. IT DOES NOT STAY TOGETHER.It had some scratches on the wood. The top part of the wood was darker with larger spots, than the bottom half.My daughter threw the thing once in our yard and it broke in the middle. We were hugely disappointed.Luckily my Husband took 1 in. copper pipe and used some indestructible glue to put it back together.The little bottom metal piece also needed glued tight.If you plan on never handling this spear and it is going to hang on a wall, then it is o.k.

This spear is very very cheap, not sharp ,and it came broken one of the peaces were held on with scotch tape making the speer unusable nor even displayed because the two bits will fall apart even if secured, also it claimed to come with two spear heads that can be interchanged but it only came with one plus it wasnt scrued on it was glued woth white elmors glue (school glue.. Just don't buy it even though it does look nice in the pictures it isnt

This Spear is only a Weak wood Soft Display object I was looking for something not to throw obviously... but to Use in terms of a Staff and I don't know what all these people saying sharp mean because the Blade is NOT sharp it just has a good tip like any metal cut like that would have.. I took some All purpose Gorilla Glue to the Blade since it pops right off.... As well as the center shaft since its a joke of a connection.The wood also seems to have under gloss fractures on it so the shaft will prob end up bursting after a few uses.. They need to relabel this to a DISPLAY ONLY object.

It did fall apart and becomes more of a danger or a toy I should say but this you could definitely end up hurting yourself it does fall apart in the middle I ended up throwing it away

very nice quality, little smaller than I first thought, but high quality makes up for it.

Its a complete piece of crap. I bought it to redo the whole thing to make it look more like a spartan spear. It was cheap and I'm handy. But if I bought this with the intention of not tearing it apart anyways...Ide be highly upset. It pretty much all feel apart upon taking it out of the box. Every part from the blade, to the butt to the pieces to connect the 2 parts are very very cheaply glued. Lol
