Unsure about this one
I thought this was ok but there is something about this series that I'm still on the fence about-I seemed to want to reach for her ICE DVDs more often-this one I do use and do feel good when it's over but seem to count the minutes while I'm actually using it.Think her ICE series had better music and more enthusiasm-I can't say I dislike this but I also can't say I really enjoy it either

Great workout - it will keep you moving!
There was a good variety and the pace was good. Another good advanced workout from Cathe.

Too long vey disappointed
I thought it was very reputisus and way to let my. I kept thinking when is it going to end. Not my favorite at all.

Good Upper Body Workout
I purchased 3 of the DVDs in this series (PHA, Giant Sets and this one). Ramped Up Upper Body is the best of the three, in my opinion. I cannot match the weight used by them, which is clearly stated on screen before each exercise, but it is a helpful guide. It is non-stop pure upper body work, which I prefer to lower body work. I still prefer the ICE Series workouts over this new Strong and Sweaty series, but it's a good workout. Music is okay. Many premixes.

Good upper body workout
Great upper body workouts, but use heavy weights. Hit all the parts of the upper body.
