I purchased these to light my truck bed. It was difficult to find a battery operated set that was waterproof and about 15 feet in length that could be cut to the exact length After extensive searching, I found these and they seem to be exactly what I needed for a really good price The LEDs are not very dense (They’re quite far apart) but they seem to provide an adequate amount of light. I’m not sure how long they’ll last but my main problem with these is that they were advertised to come with 3M tape and there was no tape on the lights I had to purchase my own 3M tape, which was more expensive than the lights were if these last for a while, then it will probably Be Worth the expense of purchasing the tape, if they don’t, then I wasted double my money

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I now have 3 strands of these lights, as they are fair price and work great as canopy lights for weekend camping.

This is not waterproof. The lights themselves might be. However, the USB plug is not. So nothing is waterproof and suitable for outside use

Bought this to be a mobile decoration for around camp. Works great and comes with a battery box, though I use my battery bank on it.
