This book is a great read for anyone wanting to learn more about how to increase your energy and losing weight. This book will encourage you to eat right as it give you the basic tips that you should eat whole foods. Meaning eating whole foods is more on eating natural foods like vegetables and fruits which is more healthier than eating processed food. It contains a lot nutrients that will surely help to trimmed weight. Very enlightening and practical. I have recommended this book to anyone who has a hard time losing weight. thanks!

Completely satisfied with this book
Not only did I love all the great recipes shared in this book, I also extremely appreciate how the author educates readers on the whole thing about this 30-day diet. I, myself, am a beginner and just happened to have my curiosity piqued on this diet. Kudos to the author for not only sharing insanely delicious recipes but also guiding the readers on achieving a healthier lifestyle.

Nice cookbook
This book will give you great recipes to start making some great meals. The title itself is really convince me to purchase this book. It’s inviting me to try all the recipes included in here which I thought is very good and appealing. It has rally saved me the stress of getting food from fast food and restaurants. I browse through it and found a lot of healthy meal to prepare and easy how-to-cook instructions for my family. I found that this book is very useful. Thanks to the author.

Hope you like sweet potatoes.
I purchased this book to see if it had any recipes I would enjoy. It's supposed to be a healhier way to eat. I suppose it is healthier than some, but less so than others. Here's the problem, to really eat healthy, you first have to want to eat it. These are ok, but before I tried them again, I would have to change a few things. Second to be healthy they recipes would have toto aid you in maintaining a health weights, prevent illnesses, and diseases, such as heart health, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc... I am sorry to say, this is not it, for a good many people. Oh well I'll keep looking. I'm more than willing to sacrifice myself for the cause. 😇
