Super teapot. Easy to use and pours really well. The handle does not get too hot to hold. The green is a really nice colour. Very pleased with purchase

I am unable to use the teapot as the handle part of the lid is does not allow you to pick it up as it’s too small . I did contact the seller direct to ask for a returns label only to have a reply saying I needed to contact Amazon. So it’s not straight forward. I wasn’t offered any form of refund or an offer of a replacement lid . Tania

Lovely teapot , bit smaller than I would have liked but holds a good 3 mugs

Arrived well packaged, nice quality finish and looks like like a old traditional tea pot. Nice shaped spout that does not drip when pouring. You can get about 4 mugs or 5 or 6 smaller cups of tea from this but I worked out the level I need to just get two cups. Handle does not get hot when full so easy to hold. Makes a better cup of tea than t-bags in a cup. Nice heritage looking pot and looks good in the kitchen.

It was just what i was looking for a good old fashioned enamel teapot.Had it 8 weeks now, enamel fell off inside by spout filter, hence the metal showing is now going rusty, not ideal.

Love this teapot,always buy this make very strong large teapot, makes a lovely cup of tea,available in many colours but I do like the green colour that I bought, very pleased!

A lovely teapot and it holds in the heat, be careful though the lid gets very hot if you are going to add more hot water to top up .

The lid is poorly made. The enamel lid is defective as it has a protruding lump near the rim as if it sustained an impact with a sharp object on the inside of the lid which rattles and is insecure. Overall disappointing, overpriced and I will not buy a Falconware product again. Very poor quality control system. The seller’s level of service was the worst I have ever experienced with Amazon, no tracking, failure to reply to messages, avoidance of direct questions when a one sentence received, late delivery, incorrect phone number on website, complaint to Amazon Customer Service who took immediate action to contact seller, on delivery day seller messaged requesting confirmation of delivery address.

Eigentliich ist die Teekanne wirklich schön, aber im Gebrauch eher umständlich. Der Deckel ist am "Knauf" nicht abzuheben, da dieser viel zu flach ist. Daher muss man den Deckel am Rand abheben, was unangenehm heiß sein kann, wenn die Kanne mit heißem Wasser gefüllt ist. Ging daher leider zurück. Schade!
