I don't usually do long reviews but this item is the exception. This is a very high quality rug kit. It comes in a durable plastic zipper bag which keeps the contents safe when not being worked on. The rug itself has finished boarders so when you complete the rug it's ready for use, no need to do any finishing processes such as trimming or concealing rough edges. The back of the rug has a non-slip fabric sewn to the latch hook front to protect the back of the design and hold the rug in place on the floor. The front has the design stamped directly on the rug but also comes with a counted cross-stitch style guide in case you are unsure of which colour to use for that section. The design is beautiful and the yarn colours are rich and vibrant. The kit also comes with a latch hook tool in case this is your first rug. When I originally chose to purchase this kit I found that it was one of the more reasonably priced latch hook kits on Amazon and compared to other websites it was substantially cheaper here, especially with how big it is. When I ordered this item it was lost by the local logistics company. I got into contact with this seller and they were very helpful, friendly and responsive in assisting me in getting my kit. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this transaction from the high quality item I recieved to the excellent customer service they provided in resolving my issue.
