Has anybody use this flour to make baguettes? And if you have how is compare to other flours? (Texture,consistency,flavor?)

Great flour..14.9 % protein. I’m Canadian and used to high protein flour and this works. Makes great bread!

Does this have vital wheat gluten in it.

No. It does not contain or need vital wheat gluten. The product has enough gluten content to hold up to the rigor of preparing artisan bread well over 80% hydration, pizza crust around 70% hydration, or any recipe needing high amount of gluten (protein). King Author Sir Lancelot Hi-Gluten flour has over 14% protein. Great product.

where is the production date on the 50 lb bag of sir lancelot flour?

I live right next to their HQ now and my most recent bag was picked up on site. There are two stickers on the side of the bag that have packaging dates.

Is this flour stone milled?

It's the best flour on the planet, and I cry if I can't have the bread flour.
