This earwax removal tool is amazing. It's very easy to use and gives great results. I really like that it has 4 different mode settings that feels really good and comfortable when washing my ears.

The delivery was quick and all pieces intact. Assembly was pretty easy and took little time. time took some getting use to and then it was a breeze. Shower use worked very well with a good and noticeable difference. Extra tips makes it useful for the family. Holds charge well. Recommended!

I used this on my son’s ear after the doctor said it was so full of wax that he couldn’t see the ear drum. It took SEVERAL uses with very warm water, but then huge chunks of ear wax fell out. It was so disgusting. Finally, a giant, pea sized piece of wax and fibers came out and my son said he could hear a lot better. Very gross but effective. If you have problems with ear wax give this a try. You may have to do it several times but I promise you it will eventually work. My son, who is 10, said that it didn’t hurt at all.

When I first started using this product it worked well. I would use ear wax drops to loosen the wax and wash away with the unit. Now, less than 2 months later it will not work. The power button light indicates its on but the button to activate the water does nothing. Tried re-charging and still nothing. There's a reason why there isn't any warranty information in the instruction manual.

But refilling was a piece of cake, so it didn't bother me much. I haven't ran out of power since the first change too! This versatile tool comes with multiple attachments, ensuring safe use for the whole family. Remember, stick to warm water as advised. Cold water made me feel a bit dizzy, but warm water provided a comfortable experience. Overall, I am please with this device. Thank you!

I have used the device as indicated and cleaning power is good but you still need to use other products to get desired results.

For some reason, I have a hard time using it. I want to start spraying it by pushing the button, but it is not easy, so I get it to spray and then put it near my ear. So it is clumps to use. For the price, I paid $80, it is not worth it. Cleaning the ear seems to do an adequate job. I would not recommend this device at this price.

This Ear Cleaner works a lot better than others I have tried previously. It is easy to use and the normal setting does the trick for me. No more “swimmers ear” is probably the best part. Seems to be very well made and holds it’s charge for a good while. I prefer to use it outside of the shower, but to each his own. Nice product.
