Insufficient instructions
I bought this product after reading a review in which someone said it was easy to set up, but nothing could be further from the truth, it is extremely complicated, even more so considering the very little information the product offers in its instructions. And unfortunately now I'm out of date for return it!

It couldn't be easier.
Followed the instructions and had my new key fob for my 2003 Nissan Xterra programmed and working in less than 2 minutes.
