At the start of the year I was diagnosed with low vitamin D, my GP gave me some prescription meds then told me I'd need to find Vit D in the range of 2000+ daily probably for the rest of my life. I find taking these in the morning is most beneficial for me. They taste pretty good, kinda like lucazade sport orange, for the amount you get it's a decent price. They're super easy to use, I use one in the morning every other day as for me personally 5000 is a lot and I worry about over doing it, but each to their own. They have a soft gummy texture which is initially a little firm, I actually really enjoy sucking them almost like a lozenge. Unlike the sleepy gummies also by this brand which have a little bit of a gritty texture when sucked, these do not when done like that even though they aren't supposed to be eaten this way. They're such good quality I actually ordered the sleepy gummies from the same brand. Genuinely rate this company and their gummies.

I love the taste of these , so orangey !! Very more-ish, could eat them like sweeties lol , but don't lol ! I originally bought these for my aching shoulder amongst other things . The thing is due to my health issues I am unable to leave my premises and I never gave it a second thought about how it could be effecting my health until a member of my family mentioned a health program they had seen on the tv which got me to do a bit of delving on the web and therefore I contacted my doctor who suggested blood tests which showed an extremely low count. So now amongst many other health issues I have regular blood tests for vitamin D deficiency and never forget to take my jellies !!

Good supplements, effective, but they stick together after a while and are not very easy to break apart. I would probably order again

I've been taking these for months, but today I got the results of my full blood count and apparently I'm deficient in vitamin D! I have never been deficient before, prior to using this brand my levels were great. So, do not trust that these are authentic.
