Vactidy T8 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo, WiFi/App/Alexa/Siri Control, Robotic Vacuum Cleaner with Gyro Navigation, Self-Charging, Slim, Good for Hard Floor, Pet Hair, Carpet Black

We have tile floor and two dogs that love to go outside. I through this bad boy on and it gets all the nooks and crannies. It's not a [perfect] job but I'm happy with it. It gets stuck in some places, but I'm aware of what to do to prevent that now. It stands at like four inches tall so it might not go under every couch or shelf/table. Black color is nice, doesn't draw attention. Somwtimes has a hard time connecting to the charge dock so I usually just walk it back when it's done. Very efficient for not having to do anything but be aware of places it can get stuck.

I am absolutely thrilled with this new cleaning robot, I had used other brands before but this marvel of newer function/ technology effortlessly glides across my floors, leaving them spotless. Its advanced sensors ensure it navigates around obstacles with finesse, never missing a spot. What sets this cleaning robot apart is its versatility. It seamlessly transitions from hardwood to carpets, adjusting its cleaning power accordingly. The dustbin is generously sized, meaning fewer interruptions to empty it. I usually set it to clean while I'm away, returning to a pristine home. It's whisper-quiet, ensuring a peaceful environment even when it's at work. Maintenance is a breeze, with easy-to-clean filters and brushes. Its battery life is impressive, allowing for extended cleaning sessions. I can't recommend it enough!

It's being returned due to very poor customer service + the robot is a messy idiot. When I 1st received this, I went to register it on it's app. When trying to do so, it kept saying it was a completely different model than mine, the T8. When I notified their Customer Service dept to rectfy it, I was told to take a screenshot or video + send it to them for my problem. It seems they were answering the wrong question. A screenshot or video wouldn't help, me with my app problem at all. The robot also didn't follow any directions. It chose to run around aimlessly + randomly, missing spots all over + leaking dirt from it's too small of a dust bin. The replacement robot I purchased works great, performs perfectly, + does ALL it's functions without using ANY app. It works totally off it's remote. This T8 model of Vactidy robot has an unbelievably tiny dust bin, needing frequent emptying + leaking dirt from it's dust bin. Even when keeping the dust bin emptied, it STILL spit out debris. If you need a vacuuming/mopping robot, I suggest looking + researching other models before buying this. This T8 was a disaster, + waste of my money + time.

I bought this for my mom as a birthday gift. Worked great for a couple of weeks then it started going red saying something was stuck in it I cleaned out wheels etc.. it fixed it for like an hour and then it happened again. Another thing it doesn't last for very long no more than 15-20min it just goes back to charging for an hour.. goes red a lot requires a lot of cleaning it out over and over to get it to work and sometimes it doesn't charge for some reason.

So I had recently purchased another brand of vacuum which was a terrible experience. After seeing the reviews for this robot vacuum I was still skeptical of the technology. Right out of the box on the first day this vacuum has been a dream it has worked wonderfully I have had zero problems. Set up was a breeze and operating has been a wonderful experience.

I am so happy with my vaccidy Robot product that I named it “pancha my helper” (cultural approach). with vactidy Robot I have achieved my domestic freedom. It is an excellent product, it cleans deeply and the corners are super clean. It has speeds and options for types of scrubbing and for types of floor. The battery lasts more than 2 hours, at least it lasts more than two hours for me, and it is easy to manipulate for different spaces in the house. I honestly never thought it would be so useful, I have had vacuum cleaners of various types but never a robot and with vaccidy Robot the spectacular experiences tell me that I am left with this option.

Vacuum does not map properly and resets map each time it charges. ~50% of cleanings the vacuum forgets where the charging station is, and the map shows it in the wrong place. ~10% of the time it docks to recharge and then doesn’t actually recharge. Vacuum only cleans 1/4 of our open floor plan house. It will go straight for 20 feet then turn left, so unless we move the charging station or physically block the vacuum to get it in a new area, it will only clean the same area on auto. Gave it three stars because it is better than not vacuuming, and does a good job of sensing stairs.

Great vacuum. Run time is not that long. But it cleans good for the price. Easy to clean and parts are available on Amazon. Works great on wood floors, carpet and it has good sensors. Suction is really good. Battery life depends on suction and how dirty the place is.
