These are always missing pieces, LEGO is definitely worth the extra money.

I don’t know why I can’t order building block cars online and not have missing pieces. . This is another set with missing pieces . I had extras from another build I could use but the wrong color . Guess I will try other brands till I find the ones that come with all the pieces

Okay so two things about this item: First it's nicely made,stuff goes together well and it's not cheap feeling,you give it to a kid and they'll have fun with it,putting together and playing with it.The second may be a big no for you....I'm pretty sure this is a Chinese knock off product,why? Well when I got it out of the box and started putting it together I noted it has a provision for a motor and control so you can turn it into an RC toy....the parts aren't on Amazon,the company that the box has on it aren't on Amazon but a quick search found them.....I can't find the motor but most of their toys are double, triple and sometimes quadruple the cost of what this is going for here on Amazon,and some of the stuff printed on the box is misspelled horribly when I compared it to their website,so the chances of this being a knock off is fairly highIt's still well made but some may not like that it's "not real" so keep that in mind if it bothers you.

I got this set thinking the model looked pretty cool, even if it's not particularly realistic looking. It started off ok, but once I got about two thirds of the way thru the build I found I was missing a piece. I understand these things happen, and the product page claims in the item description that customer service is more than willing to help if you have any problems. Unfortunately once I got a hold of the manufacture's customer service, I was informed that because I didn't purchase it from them directly they couldn't do anything to help. So with missing pieces and no way to receive them without having to pay for them, I can't recommend this set to anyone.
