I am 5ft 3 inches tall. I expected this skirt would brush my feet. It was still too long when I pulled it up under my arms. I could have put straps on for a summer dress and still fallen over it. If you are tall, it is a lovely skirt. A bit on the satin coat lining side but the colours are really bright, the pattern is lovely. But it is Long. I had to send it back because. If I had altered them hem I would have lost most of the blue pattern at the bottom the waste band had been sewn on an industrial surger so I couldn't alter it from the waste.
