Horrible design, waste of money!
Terrible design on the wiring harness. They include both truck style adapters on a single wire that’s connected to a Bluetooth box. Once you plug it in, one of the truck adapters hangs above your clutch pedal! Just wasted 169.00 for nothing. The adapter has to be wireless and plug directly into the computer port, no lengthy wiring should ever be a part of your design. Very disappointed ONE20!

We had a lot of challenges with this device in the beginning. However, customer service was good with problem solving and clearing up some of the issues. We do not have nearly as many problems that we had when we first started using it. Currently it is doing what it is suppose to do and we still do not have a monthly fee. Please be aware that it does not have some of the reporting you might get with other ELDs that you pay a fee for, however, it do capture the information needed for a roadside inspection and it can be used for team drivers.

Getting better
We had many many problems with ours the first couple weeks. Now getting much better not near as many malfunctions. Design could be better by eliminating the wiring like garmin does. Still occasionally loses connectivity and GPS signal. GPS signal loss seems to be common among many of the ELDS. Both the Garmin and the F120 have issues with location being up to 20 miles off actual location. Again this seems to be getting better but still a problem if DOT checks log on that day.Customer service was very difficult to reach. (Maybe still is) Not near enough tech's to handle initial rollout and not a good video or instruction to demonstrate how to handle malfunctions, do a vehicle inspection etc. Should have a drop down menu for the most common reasons for change of duty.
