Excellent product if you get the vision - 49" C1R 5120 x 1440P
The vision: Couldn't find any reviews on this model (it's very new) so decided to write one. Was considering LG or Samsung, but decided to take a chance on this one based on reviews of other INNOCN models. Their vision seems to be to focus on what matters, and cut costs where possible. The result is a 49" costing $300 less than other brands with comparable panel and specs. I'm ok with this proposition. What's lacking: No remote, no glossy back panel, no fancy LED lights in the back, and not great sounding integrated spekers (but at least you have speakers) = $300 discount. Do you need all that stuff anyway? I don't. Remote would be nice but I'll manage. What matters: The screen, oh the screen... It blew me away. I was concerned about VA panel and not ISP, but it looks incredible and I love it. The 1800R curve works perfectly for me, although I suspect I might like 1500R a bit better. The brightness is great, the colors look beautiful, the HDR in standard mode is perfect. Resolution is great around 109 PPI, and I don't see colors fade at the edges. I divide into 3 screens and it's efficient. Looks like a very high quality panel. I'm glad someone decided a 49" ultra-wide was a good idea, because it seriously is. I used two 27 in monitors for a long time, and although it's the equivalent screen area there's no comparison in how much more efficient this setup is. My hope is that the monitor is durable, and continues to work for a long time. Issues: Only issue was it wasn't waking up when my Mac Mini woke up from sleep. I had to turn on manually each time. It's a setting in the monitor. Turn off the "Auto Power" feature in "other Settings" and this fixes the problem. The monitor goes into standby instead of powering off completely when it detects no signal from the computer. I use USB-C cable. Last note to someone in Amazon: Reviews should be for the specific product, they should not be mixed for different models. Someone fix this. 6 MONTH UPDATE: 3/29/24: The monitor continues to work flawlessly. No glitches, no issues, turns on every time. When the time comes to buy another in the future, will definitely get 1500R if not 1000R. Also, higher PPI than 109 if available. Still very happy with the purchase.

Amazing upgrade for work and personal computing
UPDATE 12-30-2025: 1 year of use and it is still going strong, no issues. Great monitor for work! Original review: I looked on at the curved monitor craze with amusement for a few years before finally deciding to try it. At home I had been using one large 27” 4k monitor that I would toggle between my work Windows laptop and personal Mac laptop. Then I ended up adding another 24” Dell 1080 monitor to get more work real estate. Figured that would do for now but the mismatch and seam was a bit annoying. Found this INNOCN 49” curved monitor as a Black Friday deal and went for it. Easy setup, works perfectly for me. Not a gamer, so I’m not sure how well it would do there. But it works great via USB-C from my work Dell Latitude 5500 w/ the Thunderbolt support. And I have it going usb-c from the Mac to DisplayPort, which gives the faster 120mhz support. Easy to switch between inputs using the menu buttons. The stand legs are thin and unobtrusive. It doesn’t emit much heat at all. So far no odd behavior after about a month of daily use. Only mild annoyance is that after a time it seems to go to sleep and then it disconnects from the work laptop which causes all the windows to move back to the laptop screen when I log back in. I’m not sure if that is the monitor’s fault or a Dell thing. Regardless I highly recommend this as a solid basic and inexpensive 49” QHD curved monitor for productivity use. Just make sure your computer can support it, and remember it only has one USB-C input. But using DisplayPort is also available and would give you the better refresh rate, without the benefit of a wired USB keyboard/mouse connected straight to monitor.

Awesome Value
Awesome Ultrawide Value. I use this monitor for excel, outlook, chrome, teams, and other apps related to my work. My previous setup consisted of 2x 32" monitors (1x1080p and 1x1440p) and my 17" laptop (also 1080p). The 49" size is a much better fit for my desk and far more simple to setup, not to mention Windows has an easier time dealing with 1 monitor instead of 3. Since this monitor is 1440p, I actually ended up with about the same screen real-estate as I had before. Aside from the size and resolution, the color is quite good (HDR is non existent, just leave it in SDR mode) and the contrast is very good. This is also by far the cleanest and fastest VA panel I've seen. The pixel reaction performance and input lag feel comparable to IPS, but with the awesome contrast performance of a VA panel. Since this is used in an office, I didnt want a monitor with "enthusiast gamer" vibes. This one is very reserved, with just a couple red accents spread throughout. For the money, you can't beat this screen size and it's performance. Awesome contrast, color, sharpeness, and screen real-estate for around $500 and no OLED burn in concerns. Not bad!

Solid Contender for Traders Using TradingView
I will return to update this review in 6-12-18-24 months. Wow! I’m absolutely impressed with this monitor. Note that I’m NOT a gamer, I’m a trader and needed a wider monitor to run my active charts on TradingView, and that is accomplished well by this monitor. I could not be happier. That is essentially the only reason I got this. More Detail: I picked this up on a fantastic deal and I’ve gotta say I will never go back to a flat panel again. The quality is right up there with any Samsung or higher end Acer monitor, this one has a matte screen and there are many intuitive controls for adjustments. This is not a 5k monitor, thats a gimmick, and so is the “eye saver” feature which seems like a passably dumb sepia filter, but for the money if you need a wide monitor this is a contender. I havent explored all the color adjustments, for my purposes its not essential. The build quality is good, the box it ships in is sturdy not flimsy, the stand snaps right in, no need for screws. Comes with a VESA mount bracket. It may be a tad on the heavy side for smaller people to handle and assemble, so have a burly friend like me around to help if you’re in that category. It’s Apple friendly and Mac compatible: I’m running this natively at 5120 x 1440p hooked up via USB-C cable to a 2018 Mac Mini with 64gb of ram. Unfortunately the 2018 Mac Mini uses DP1.2 so you’re best bet may still be your Thunderbolt USB-C port to connect this monitor. But hey, that aint too shabby. And the upside is that it supports the default 5120 x 1440p resolution without any extra apps or external graphics cards needed. You may get WAY better options going with an external graphics card. I’ll check back in later, hope this review is helpful to some. Happy monitor hunting!

Great Monitor, great customer service.
I love this monitor. I was unfortunate enough to have experienced an infantile failure of the monitor. This happens. They hung with me and, even though the return was a little more difficult than I thought it should be, they replaced the failed monitor. Did I mention, I love this monitor.

Purchase this cord for full pixel quality of monitor
Love the monitor. Have a Mac computer, but you must purchase this core as the standard hdmi core won’t work as your Mac won’t be able to recognize the higher pixel quality. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0BJTRC3MC?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

First impression - very, very sweet office computer
I’m coming from one of the 1st 49” Samsung curved monitors (C49HG90DMN) and it had its quirks to say the least. Just setting it up was an undertaking. This monitor was easy to set up. Three screws, pop up the stand, plug in the power cord and DP connector, hit the power button, select the language, and viola. Up and running. Seemed a LOT lighter than the Samsung and the higher resolution was instantly recognized with no fiddling around. Sweet! The controls are under the front bezel but, unlike the Samsung, are clearly marked. Access to the ports on the rear was easy (unlike the Samsung). The silly Samsung stand cover won’t be missed, and those giant Samsung feet won’t be missed, either. Screen text is clear and easy to read. I did need to increase my font size in Outlook as 8pt on this monitor is flyspeck. It seems to be about 33% more screen real estate with the resolution change. Had I realized my little 4x4 mini-computer running Windows 365 via remote desktop could drive this resolution, I would have upgraded to this resolution long ago (I nearly bought the lower resolution to save $150 — glad I resisted). This is made in China, so how well it will hold up remains a question, but at a sub-$700 price, I’ll take my chances. My Samsung only held up for about 3 years before the bottom 3” of the screen started randomly going into scramble mode when it came out of sleep mode (I can clear it by switching modes repeatedly, but it clearly was not long for this world). I’m not a gamer or Photoshop editor, so I can’t comment on speed, color accuracy, or any of that, but text is crisp and beats the heck out of multiple 27” monitors. I’m a Power Toys/Fancy Zones fanatic, so this is just the thing for hauling around windows and keeping four active windows front-and-center(ish) while running Outlook, Teams, Word, and Edge all at once. I’ll update as time changes my opinion, but the out-of-the-box impression is solid, especially at this price point (admittedly I’m a price watcher and have been waiting for a 49” bargain to replace my Samsung before it permanently quits). For now, a solid 5 stars.

Disappointing Quality — You Really Get What You Pay For
I’ve been using this monitor for a little over a year now, and unfortunately I can only give it two stars — and that’s mainly because of the low price. If it weren’t for that, this would easily be a one-star product for me. Even though it’s advertised as a gaming monitor, the color quality and contrast depth are far below expectations. What’s surprising is that I don’t even use it for gaming; I use it for everyday tasks like chart analysis, Excel, browsing, and YouTube. Even with this basic usage, the colors often look washed out, the gamma feels off, and the contrast lacks real depth. If I can notice these issues with simple daily tasks, I can’t imagine the experience for someone who actually buys it for gaming. This monitor perfectly fits the saying “you get what you pay for.” If you only need something ultrawide for simple work and don’t care about accurate colors, brightness uniformity, or overall image quality, it might be acceptable. But if you’re expecting anything close to high quality, this is definitely not the right choice. I didn’t return it because doing so at the time would have caused me a lot of inconvenience while waiting for a replacement. Otherwise, I certainly wouldn’t have kept it. Overall, I’m disappointed with the performance and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who needs even moderately good image quality.
