Q: My son says his only works if he holds it up side down. I have exchanged it twice. Any suggestions on what he is doing wrong?

I was having that issue a few times, one thing that helped was soaking the ammo at least 6 hours instead of 3, if the ammo is too small it gets stuck easier.
