I ordered Biolomix's Kitchen Electric Stand Mixer, 6-Speed Tilt-Head Food Mixer with 6.5-QT Stainless Steel Bowl, Dough Hook, Flat Beater, Whisk, and Anti-Splash Cover (6.5-QT, Light Silver). I love it! I always wanted a standing mixer to enhance my cooking activities. This one is fantastic, and it has exceeded my expectations. This mixer is a game-changer for anyone who loves to cook or bake. The 6-speed tilt-head and 6.5-QT stainless steel bowl are perfect for all my cooking needs. The mixer has a dough hook, flat beater, whisk, and anti-splash cover, making it versatile and convenient. I have used it to make cakes, bread, and even homemade pasta, and it has performed flawlessly. The light silver color looks great on my kitchen countertop, and the mixer is easy to clean. I am not a big baker, but October through December, I spend a good bit of time in the kitchen and my hand mixer bit the dust last year and I thought it was time I upgraded a little bit. I would have loved to have the recognizable name brand mixer that everyone loves, but it isn't in my budget at over twice the price of this unit. So far, I have used this to make 9 gallons of eggnog that I give out as Christmas gifts. This mixer made that process so much faster than it has been in the past. Each gallon took me approximately 10 minutes, with most of that time spent cracking and separating the eggs!.It does have a splash guard, but I found it difficult to add additional ingredients with it on, so i took it off and don't use it. I also wish it came with a mixing blade that has silicone tips that can actually scrape the bowl. The mixer blade is very close to the edges of the bowl, so close that you are not able to reach in and scrape the sides without the mixing blade hitting the utensil. You have the stop the mixer, lift the head and then scrape the sides and bottom to incorporate what the mixing blade does not reach.The attachments are easy to attach and remove. I love that the head unit locks in place whether it is up or down. The suction cups on the bottom leave a bit to be desired as the entire machine will twist when I am locking in the bowl, however, it may be the material of my countertop and not the suction cups. I will have to test it in a different location.The machine itself is fairly quiet. I can use it while my husband watches TV and he doesn't start complaining, which is pretty great since he complains when I do just about anything in the kitchen while he is watching TV.

This isn't a kitchen aid, but it definitely holds its own! It is 6.5QT so you definitely have the room to make some big things. The splash guard is nice and is well thought out! The dial is nice as you can get it to the setting you want easily.The overall build quality is good (not quite up to the kitchen aid but holds its own).Overall: For $160 if you are looking for something to make your baking/mixing job easier this will be a life saver! You will love it!

I like this mixer, the quality is great and great value. It’s very versatile and durable. It mixes well.

This stand mixer has some great qualities, but with a few tweaks, it could be perfect. I really like the fact that this mixer has a timing feature. It makes it really easy when you are making a recipe with instructions to mix for a certain time. The instructions are easy to follow, and set up was not difficult.One shortcoming is the bowl itself. The mixing feature will not turn on unless the bowl is inserted. It will work with a variety of bowls, but they have to be very thin bottoms, such a stainless steel. A glass or ceramic mixing bowl is two large at the bottom and prevents the mixing feature from locking into place. This makes it a little tedious when you are making recipes with multiple ingredients and need different bowls. I found myself making pie mix, and then taking the time to wash the bowl so I could beat the meringue. It did a good job in mixing, but who needs these extra steps? I would have liked to just insert my large mixing bowl and beat my egg whites.The set comes with a whisk, a standard beater, and a bread kneader. I did find it a little difficult to change attachments once I had finished once instead of ingredients. The neck of the attachments is fairly short, so I ended up with pie mix over all my hands.In short, this set is not perfect, but it is pretty good.

I am downsizing and my heavier older expensive mixer was too hard for me to keep moving around but I didn’t want a hand mixer. This is a great alternative. Has great attachments and splash guard. I mainly make cakes and whipping cream and it seems to do a great job. It is lightweight and mostly made of plastic. I think it will work for what I need it too. If you want it to last forever or do tons of baking I would consider something more robust. But for the occasional average user I think you will be happy with this mixer.
