Think twice before you buy. Beside the better look, a lot of functions won't work and you're going to have a lot of headaches trying to deal with customer support.Here's some of the examples:- Bluetooth music won't work.- radio (console) won't play automatically when you start the car.- YouTube sound doesn't work unless you disconnect your phone via Bluetooth. So what if you want to use your phone to make calls.- Steering wheel controls won't work out of the the box. I watched some videos and they suggested to connect to a factory port but it will cause some short.Those are a few to name and they're basic functions. Customer support will promise to solve the issues but that's about it. No other instructions.Don't waste your money on this. Wait until they make these simple functions to work first.

Product looks good. Installed on a 2015 Silverado High Country with Bose and needs no adapter. Screen has a mode that allows you to have the factory MyLink screen. Installation instructions could be clearer. It is pretty straight forward once you get into it, match color to color and the back of the new screen is pretty much dummy proof as all of the plugs are all slightly different so it’s not possible to plug them into the wrong spot. Once I figured this out it was a lot less intimidating. Navigating through the android menus was a little difficult coming from Apple. CarPlay works as should. You do have to reuse factory metal clips on the new screen. This was a little tedious taking off of the old radio without breaking and seemed a little cheap for a radio that was almost $1000. Lastly, I did need to contact customer support as I had some issues and it took over a week for them to get back to me. Once we started communicating it was pretty quick (10-15 minute) responses.

I'm writing this review because I've been hesitant to buy one of these. I looked into them a year or so ago and the one I was looking at required you to basically dismantle your whole truck tapping into wires etc. That is NOT the case here. I wish I would have bought it sooner. It showed up at my door in just a few days and the install start to finish took only about 30 mins! When I saw the instruction sheet (only 1 page) with 11 steps, i though "oh no" but that's literally all it takes! You retain all the factory features of your vehicle seamlessly and can install any app from the play store. The screen is as responsive as a new tablet, no lagging, or rough animations. I installed Spotify, Youtube TV, and many others and they all work great. You can use a wifi hotspot, but what is really cool is it will take a sim card too. So I bought a prepaid phone at a local retailer and after activating, took out the sim card and put it in this unit and now I have 4G service built into the vehicle! I had one issue with the backup camera picture not showing up so I emailed the address they include on the instruction sheet and got a response within 12 hours, then a technician contacted me the next morning and walked me through the settings I needed to change to get it working perfectly! I can't say enough good things about this product and company I'm really impressed. It's also saved me a lot of money because I was getting bored with this truck and was about to trade for a new one but no need to now!

I’ve had the radio for about 2 months and it sucks so not but it the worst radio and the most complicated of there was a zero star I would use that

This thing looks great! Unfortunately the electronics on these units are not very good. I have seen many reviews where people were complaining of poor quality audio and popping, whining noises from these radios. I went ahead and ordered the unit anyways. The unit I received had a ticking noise when and distortion when the volume was at 1/2 or higher. I can only wonder what kind of problems it would have after a year in. For the price of these units these issues should not be present. I returned the unit for a refund. I then purchased a radio from Alpine for a lot less. Superior sound and the screen is 11 inches. I know the Alpine will last for years. Go with a radio with good reputation and longevity in the car audio business.

Decent product. Looks amazing, fits well. Instructions are vague on the finer details but install is pretty straightforward.Had issues with the sound quality, reached out for support five times times before they got back to me. The audio was making a horrible buzzing sound and I had terrible alternator whine as well when using any of the features of the radio that weren’t the factory interface.I ended up uninstalling and sending it back after 4 days of interaction with their customer support team who was convinced my steering wheel control harness was making the noise even after the steering wheel control harness was removed.
