The smell of this pillow, on arrival, was very strong indeed. Even after airing it for several days, it gave off a noticeable odour. The product seems to be well made and comes with a tight-fitting cotton cover. It is somewhat on the soft side for my taste but provides good head support once it has settled. Overall a good product but one which requires some getting used to.

when this pillow arrive the smell is a bit overpowering but put a double pillow case on, the aloe vera smell does subside so its pleasant, used this pillow now for a month and wouldnt swap it for the world, soft bit gives support, always had trouble with my pillows either too soft or hard but this actually aides my sleep, that happy with it have ordered a 2nd one.

Returned after one night, that's the reason for only 3 stars. I'm sure it's a quality pillow, just be aware it's a lot flatter than on the picture and very very soft. Seller was kind to offer full refund though.

At last! I've been searching for a latex free alternative to a dunlopillow & this is it! So comfy & supportive. No need for a second pillow & bounces back far quicker than a standard memory foam pillow.

It really has helped me have better nights sleep and I am not waking up with neck pain anymore. It may not help everyone but has helped me.

Its kinde of soft but very comfortable i use to sleep on hard one but when i try i loved also.
