My hair is super thick and super hard to straighten. Takes forever!! But not with this straightener! It’s a time saver! My hair also doesn’t feel fried at the end. I can keep it on a pretty low temp and it works great which is nice. I like the wider straightener. I feel like that also helps with time. It’s expensive but worth the money!

Why didn't I buy this sooner. I had been looking for a straightener for a while and decided to spend the money to see if it was worth all the hype. I have thicker hair and wanted to try a bigger sized straightener and it was the best decision to make! It saves me so much time when straightening my hair. the handle can lock and unlock easily and heats up really fast. My hair felt so soft and shiny. Works really well and definitely worth the money. I will be purchasing the curling iron next!

OMG!!! This straightening iron is the best I have ever purchased and I have tried several irons, a couple of them were Chi brands, which I thought was an a good brand, but I did have to go through my hair with many passes to get it straight. This L’ange straightening iron is 100% the BEST. I have dry curly coarse hair. This straightener left my hair straight silky and smooth with only one pass. Don’t hesitate on this purchase you will not be disappointed. The only thing you have to lose is beautiful smooth straight hair. I can go three days without having to straighten it again but by that time I’m needing to wash my hair:).

Beautiful to look at, does what it says it does. Heats quickly and easy to use. Leaves hair shiny and smooth. I use a heat protector spray on my hair before I blow dry, then proceed with this straightener.

Updated from 2 stars to just 1. The seller reached out stating that they'd like to address my issues and concerns.That my satisfaction is important, so could I reach out. I reached out, and their response was, "sorry that we cannot assist, but it appears that you're happy with the way it straightens your hair." I think the only reason they reached out was to show Amazon that they made an effort - probably looks more favorable on their account. Original Review-Ease of use with this product is beyond hard. To shut it off, you need to unlock it, which involves turning the temperature down and quickly back up again. The button to change the temperature is hard to turn either way. If you don't do it quickly, you lose your chance and have to start over. I simplified this process by just unplugging it. The Off/On light blinks brightly so I need to turn it over so it doesn't bother me at night. Initially it felt very bulky in my hand, but I've since gotten used to it. It works well otherwise as it does a good job in straightening my hair.

I love using this! It's lightweight, glides easily, helps my frizz, and doesn't feel like it's destroying my hair. It heats up fast and gets the job done beautifully. My only annoyance is turning it off. Mine does not turn off even when I follow the instructions. I have to unplug it from the wall. Other than that it is a good purchase and I recommend you add it to your cart!

Loved this straightener when I first bought it. However, I have only had it for about two months and the temperature suddenly stopped going above 230 when I straighten/curl my hair at 420. The straightener is useless to me now and I can’t return or get a refund because it has been over 30 days since I purchased it.EDIT: Customer service reached out and informed me that I most likely accidentally switched my straightener’s temp to Celsius. I was provided quick and detailed instructions to fix it and it worked!! Now I’m back to loving my straightener!

The engineers of this product need to fix the on off touch button. This is my second flat iron and both just stopped working. The on off button doesn’t even light up. Poor engineering design. I loved it when it was working. I haven’t even had this one for 2 months.The customer service was absolutely amazing! They responded right away and was able to resolve the issue.
