The lower chamber is filled with hot water. works great when heat soaked!
you must heat soak this 2 times before use.boiling water into spout and cup for a couple of minutes ,empty, repeat until scuttle body is too hot to hold, then use boiling water again should keep cream or soap hot for 15-20 mins.
