LOVE THE FINGERPRINT FEATURE!!

This product does not work. I bought it in March 2024 it's July now and the lock has already stopped working. The auto lock does not work anymore. It stops halfway so the doors are always unlocked unless we manually lock it.

It seems to work fine. It’s easy to install and to program, however, it was missing the piece that is supposed to cover the screw for the bottom hole. You also were able to see a screw on the lock, but I painted them black with nail polish and now it looks better, but it sucks that I had to do that.It feels very modern and I didn’t have any problem programming things which is very cool. I hope it lasts for many years.

It wasn't the easiest to install but we eventually figured it out (their directions are useless) and I can safely say this has made mine and my family's lives so much easier. And when we begin renting our home out seasonally, this keyless entry system will be such an asset.

I had this lock for 8 days, and the handle broke, the supplier were nice enough the send a new one. Otherwise, I do like the lock, and I like the fingerprint option.

I was very pleased when I received the package. It looked even better than the pictures. I love the various ways you can lock/unlock the device. Really handy for the kids so they don’t have to carry a key with them. After a couple months of use, I noticed the fingerprint scanner wasn’t working very well. I sent a quick email to the seller and they immediately expedited a replacement at no cost. Amazing service and great product. 5-stars!!! Thank you

The lock had a problem with the handle. It would only open upwards so that was kind of annoying. We contacted customer service via email on Sunday and Monday morning we already had an answer in our inbox. The CIA acknowledged that had been an issue in the past and assured us they would send us a replacement handle.They said in 3 days and we had it 24 hours later. Wow. The lock it's gorgeous and all features work. The instructions booklet it's a little bit hard to read and the fingerprint set up was kind of a pain but I am being a bit pedantic. The product is as good as advertised and the price is very competitive. To top it up the customer service is nothing but outstanding. I definitely recommend this product.

j ai acheter cette serrure en fin fevrier 2024 et elle ne fonctionne plus elle refuse de deverrouiller la porte j ai fait des reset des reprogrammation rien a faire et bien sur tu n as qu une garantie de 30 jour mechant bon produitsuper plaisant quand ca fonction mais du jour au lendemain ca fonctionne plus n acheter pas cela c est une perte d argent

1. Another user is selling this same product 30$ cheaper.2. This seller is saying that the lock works with Alexa which is not the case if you don't buy another device. But I take it as my bad.3. I had to make some modifications to my old door because the handle, the lock and the face plates didn't fit exactly in the same holes.All in all, it's a fair deal.
