Glitch and pixilated graphics
The media could not be loaded. Very disappointing...product arrived fast, in new condition. First week of having laptop was fine but now it's nothing but issue after issue. When I type, the cursor will just jump to a random part of my message or just exit entirely. The Right side speaker crackles like it's blown, and the graphics card seems to be shit! COD MW2, very very pixilated and glitchy. This was my first Alienware laptop purchase and I couldn't be more disappointed with it's performance. I will never buy one again.

Do Not Purchase
Ive been an Alienware user since they started, BUT This configuration & set up is a dumpster fireA. Blue screened day ONE on windows set up.. and has 2-3 weekly blue screens eversince purchaseB. The fans are way to Loud for a LaptopC. the PC it self feels so cheap & flimsy i'v been thinking this must be a knock-off brandI had high hopes & looked forward to this Laptop , so sad :_(
