Very convenient
Taste good and very convenient when you don’t have time, as you just have to add hot water. I love this product.

Taste is weird not even close to real miso soup
Whatever is in there, as extra it overpowers the miso taste. I don't particularly like it, and i gave my mom one bowl of this she didn't finish because of the bad taste.

Brilliant and convenient
I first encountered miso soup when I tried Japanese food for the first time. This stuff is flavoursome and suitable for vegetarians. Some brands have fish parts added to them and taste very salty. This has none of those. Probably the best miso you can buy in the UK. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It contains small chunks of tofu which are easy to remove before adding water if you don't care for tofu. This makes a very good soup and can be added to stock to make gravy. My only criticism is that this brand can be quite salty.

Such a good backstop
Great to have in the cupboard for those days where you've not got round to enough shopping. Let it simmer in hot water for a few minutes and it's delicious.

a bit disappointing
the soup comes in a powdery form. This makes the texture of the tofu very weird (a lot of air in it). The soup itself also doesn't taste like normal miso soup which is a bit disappointing. would not recommend, there are probably much better products on the market

Purchased this as a quick office lunch idea, however the flavour does not resemble miso soup and is very unpleasantly sour.
