They are fantastic pillows, I have been looking for the right pillows for so long, great night sleep every night since I bought them, no pain in my neck head just amazing.

One of the reasons I don’t like sleeping anywhere else but my own home is because I love my pillow! 😄Recently, my neck has been feeling a bit off, and I’m so grateful I found this pillow—it’s been perfect for me. I did read some comments about a smell when it's first unboxed, and yes, it did have a slight scent. Funny enough, I actually liked it! It was a little sweet but didn’t last long. I didn’t do anything special to get rid of it—it just disappeared after a few days.I’ve had this pillow for about 90 days now, and I absolutely love it. So happy with this purchase!

I recently received this pillow, so before I share my opinion, I just want to point that I did not have a chance to use it extensively.First of all, I previously read that a lot of people encountered an unpleasant smell. I have to disagree with this. Whilst my unit did have a very minor smell (which is common for all memory foam pillows), it was nowhere that severe as some other users picture it.Secondly, the cover thing. Same as others, I also found it confusing. On the packaging, it clearly says that the cover is made out of bamboo. However, the label inside says that it is 100% polyester, which is confusing, but, by any means, I am no expert at this. The cover is said to be waterproof but I did not have a chance to test this.As for the pillow itself, I found it very comfortable although a bit too high for my liking. The pillow is somewhere between soft and firm. Once you put your head down, you can feel it slightly sinking in. For me, this does not introduce any discomfort, if anything, it's a new experience. The actual memory foam (the green part) comes with the holes to increase the breathability. Again, I am not an expert, but it seems to work.Overall, I am happy with the product and will continue to use it. I cannot say that I used to have a lot of memory foam pillows in the past so I am not able to compare it with other brands. Nonetheless, I am satisfied.

October 2024: First of all it comes directly in a plastic transparent bag, so I have hygiene concerns. No internal wrapping.The outer cover is poor quality. There is a light mesh like case stitched over the pillow which looks poor fromt he sides.The pillow itself is a block of foam and smells bad.Just didn't think it's worth £39 so returned it.

I’ve now bought two pairs of these memory foam pillows. The first pair, I bought about 4 years ago, and still as good as the day I bought them. Decided to buy another pair for my grandchildren. I asked both my grandchildren, how they rated the memory foam pillows. They said, best pillows ever.Some buyers have mentioned, the memory foam smell. I personally didn’t smell any unpleasant smells with my original purchase, or this recent purchase, for my grandchildren.With all memory foam products, read the instructions.Still the best pillows, I’ve ever bought and used. I’ll be buying a third pair next month, for my daughter’s birthday. You can’t put a price on a great nights sleep.

This memory foam pillow is the best pillow I have ever used.I have tried all sorts, both high and low, and adjustable and with different fillingsFor years I have woken with a stiff neck or been woken by my ear piercings digging in to meThe pillow is a little on the small size in terms of dimensions, but since it is so very comfortable, I don't move around so muchNo more sore neck and it doesn't get as hot as a normal pillow.The pillow is quite firm with a lot of give, so it doesn't feel hard to lay on and no more punching the pillow into shape.It just moulds itself to me.Cannot praise it enough!!Highly Recommended

The pillows are really well made and offer a decent support/ softness balance. The bamboo covers are nice and easy to wash.Being a sleeper that sleeps on the side and back these are not for me. When sleeping on my back I found the too high and ended up with shoulder pains side sleeping was however perfect. Neck pain would not be a problem for a side sleeper. So I would recommend these highly for a side sleeper and well worth the money. If you sleep mainly on your back then I would not recommend them. It’s a shame they don’t do a slightly thinner version, if they did I would buy without hesitation. Customer support I found to me extremely good.
