This watch appears sturdy and started right up. It came with a spare battery.

It's sturdy and keeps good time. Glass seems fairly resistant to scratches. Luminosity lasts well. My only complaint with my particular watch is that the clip spring is a little weak and I have to manually close it (hence 4 stars instead of 5).

Rather than stopping on the marks as it would with a well assembled watch, the second hand stops between the marks... While the spare battery that arrived in the box is appreciated, there were no instructions on how to remove the back cover and install it... Just today the bright metal pivot pin on the carabiner began to slide out and needed to be pushed back in... Otherwise, so far it keeps time and does what I purchased it to do.

A few weeks after I turned it on, it was over 30 minutes off from reality. I miss the days when watches made in China had "Japanese Quartz movements". Now they just throw whatever cheap China stuff in and hope consumers don't notice. I highly recomment against buying this item...

I can't wear a battery powered watch because my body electricity wears down the battery. If it's a digital watch the display fades. When I saw this analog watch, I knew this was the answer to my problem! I hang the watch on my purse strap so I don't affect it and I can always see the time. I don't have to search for my phone and the watch is viewable in the dark. There's no alarm on it; there's no bells and whistles. It's a timepiece, plain and simple. Just what I needed! My purse has even fallen a few times but the watch is continuing to work great.

Needed something waterproof to travel to the Caribbean that I could clip on either on my carryon or cargo pants/shorts and this fit the bill perfectly. I price was right and I like the glow in the dark feature.

This is a solid, quality clip on clock. It doesn’t feel cheap. It comes with a new battery. There were a couple issues- one is that it doesn’t have the gap on the back plate in which to insert a screwdriver to remove it. So I had to take it to a watch and battery kiosk to have the battery put in with professional equipment, for ten dollars. This could be a dealbreaker if you don’t live near a watch service.The second thing was that it appeared to be a bit slow- the time was always behind when my daughter came home from school (she has it clipped to her back pack). I figured that maybe the pull-out knob was loose so I put a piece of scotch tape over it, and that fixed the problem for now.

This watch does not do what you would expect it to do with the description. It does glow in the dark but you cannot see to tell the time. I think it is misleading.
