Quality boards for math classes
Versatile and sturdy for the math classroom. Held up for 3 years of middle schoolers and high schoolers. Small chipping on edges but other than that solidly built.

Great classroom tool
These are great- perfect size and lightweight. I use them in math and language classes and they really help personalize the learning.

Great for math students at many levels / Also for games!
My wife tutors students from grades 3-8, and these boards work well as reusable graph paper. Students are more comfortable with the drawing of graphs if the lines are already there, and are more likely to experiment if they are not wasting expensive graph paper. Early grades can learn number lines and simple bar graph concepts, and higher grades can learn linear, quadratic, cubic expressions. Drawing the lines makes the concepts more "real" than just seeing them on a computer screen. The boards themselves are very rigid and sturdy. You can use them as a portable writing surface (a sort of clipless clipboard). If you or your kids do gaming, these boards are handy for map-making, or other games that utilize gridded paper. I would have liked if the spacing of the lines was a more exact unit amount - exactly 1/4" or 1/2", or 1cm. Unlike as stated in the product description, these are spaced every 0.55" or 13mm. If a more student-friendly spacing had been used, then these could also have been used to illustrate measurement concepts as well - missed opportunity.

Works great. These boards help keep the students engaged in their lessons.

Whiteboard Quality :-(
I really wanted to love these whiteboards. I bought 3 packs of 10 for my classroom out of my own money. The size is great and I love that there is some work space next to the graph. However, we are 4 weeks into school and the grid for graphing is already starting to wipe away from use. I'm guessing by christmas we won't be able to graph using the printed grid at all. Very disappointing given the $105 +tax out of pocket.

Use for macrame with clips!
I taught a beginner macrame class. These were perfect! WIth the grid lines, they could make their project straight as they went along.
