Hilma really works!
A friend told me about this product that she heard from a podcast on digestive and bloating issues. Being a type 2 diabetic I have always had digestive issues. Review on an anti-gas product = TMI, but here goes. For my painful bloating and cramps and gas, Gas-X and similar products barely helped. Now I take one Hilma capsule after every meal, and I get no bloating, no cramps, and none or normal, manageable gas. The capsules have a mild taste that goes away quickly (and if you like peppermint, fennel and anise, you might enjoy the taste). Time to subscribe.
