Worth it
I love this belt. Fits great, easy to put on. Provides great support. I've been using it for almost 5 months now and the material hasn't started fraying like other belts I've used .

I love it!
This my second belt from Bear Grips. 1st was a leather one, and this is an alternative option. I like using this belt for squat or heavy leg days and is very easy to use. I bypass the locking mechanism and just do the quick fasten which is easy to tighten and loosen for every lift or in between sets. It can be easily folded up to stuff in a gym bag and provides really good support. I got a medium and wear a 31โ waist pants. I highly recommend this product.

Go bigger for size
I'm a size 29 waist and this doesn't fit me in small.

Can't get enough Bear
Opened it up and very pleased with packaging and quality of material. Fits true, very pleased. I immediately purchased other Bear products. Just as pleased.
