Quite firm and Remus seems comfy
Our GSD jumped in immediately and is pretty comfy . He is off the floor and hopefully draught. The construction of the bed was a tad fiddly and was definitely a two man job.!

Brilliant and well built!!!!
Excellent product, we've let the dog sleep at the end of our bed for sometime, but we were getting a new bed and had to come up with a solution to get her out, this product has done the trick, we put her blanket over the top for a familiar smell and she's slept in it solidly no for 3 nights. I would strongly advise if you're in the market for a product like this to opt for this option, its very well made and I can see it lasting a long time. We have a 25kg dog and opted for the large and she has plenty of room.A+++++++++++++++++++

Anger management required
Unfortunately this is the only raised dog bed that looks study. The design is flawed which makes assembly an absolute nightmare. I also think that one would benefit from instructions that show assembly in the correct order - first put in the wood base then do the rest in the order shown. Terrible engineering, excellent quality.

Took about 4 days before the dog ventured in it, now the dog and cat are in compettiton for who gets it first. A good bed, the only drawback being it is a bit cumbersome to carry upstairs. Otherwise great.

A MUST HAVE
Excellent product. I found it quite difficult to erect on my own, hence the 4 star. If the instructions were a lot clearer the product would have deserved 5 star.

Snapped wood.
Good item came within two days. About three weeks later the one of the rods in the hinges holding the wood together has snapped. Otherwise not a good bed for my dog. Had to replace rhe bed completely in end

Don't buy it. Just don't
I have been putting together flat pack furniture and the like for many years and I can honestly say I have never come across such a badly constructed device. The instructions are next to useless and you'll need super human strength to force together the misaligned poles. By all means buy a bed for your dog, but stay well clear of this instrument of torture
