Bang for the Buck !
Excellent Grill. I have had several grills over the years. Everything from Weber to Trager to Kenmore you name it. I have to say this grill is excellently equipped with features only found on grills double or triple the price. This grill is absolutely bang for the buck. It looks great grills great and doesn’t break the bank. Must have for a backyard bbq.

Big and nice controls. Rechargable battery pack??
A great grill. Big! Great controls. Cover window is nice. Only concern is battery life, but we will see how that goes. Rechargable battery pack could be nice - is there one that goes with this awesome grill?

Bad grill.
The grill does not heat up properly and it’s very hard to use. I’ve called the manufacturer and have called Amazon so far nothing has been done. They keep telling me that they’re gonna send somebody out from the manufacturer to check it out or I could take it apart and send it back in, but I’m at 82-year-old man and I can’t be doing that so I’m stuck with a girl that doesn’t work.

The gas regulator was not functioning properly when I first got the unit. They sent me a replacement and now it works fine. The stainless steel is pretty thin on the stand and they have a brace off center in the middle of the bottom cabinet so you cannot store a second propane tank bad design

We’re excited to purchase this new grill for the new year, it’s easy to assemble and clean, sturdy and look pretty :) Look forward to giving a try in the new year party when Seattle stops raining

Digital temperature gauge fails
....consistently leaving you temperature blind.. this doesn't matter for everyday cooking but annoying and not acceptable for the price. There should have been an analogue back up built in. Support is OK but resistant and so I gave up trying to resolve after 3rd instance of the issue.
